• Tags must be intact and attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging or similar secure packaging.
• Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable, unless faulty.

- Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
• Please do not return any items before contacting us.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees and international duties are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

- Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
