• All items are produced and shipped from Ukraine.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
• We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs delays or other factors beyond our control.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

- International Duties & Taxes
• Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
• OVÉ has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
• We advise you to check with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing an order.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and rejects the delivery, OVÉ will not issue a refund.

- Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns must be shipped to the address we provide after your request is approved.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:
• Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased with discount codes unless they are faulty.
